Meteorologists are scientists that use rain gauges to measure rain just incase there is a flood coming. Some people feel sad and brokenhearted for the people in the flood. Other people feel fear or frightened. e.g. The Yangtze river flood left 14 million people home less, killed lots of people and left millions of dollars worth of damage.
